Any BodyBugg users?

Hello all! I received my very own bodybugg for Christmas. I'm so excited about it. I have been wearing it for two days, and my surgery is coming up very fast now (January 13.) I'm wondering how I get it all set up for my liquid diet - or rather, how you set yours up. Any help would be appreciated. :)

I'm about 2 weeks behind you with surgery but I don't see why anything special would need to be done for a liquid diet.

I just checked and there are Protein Shakes in the food listing.

I guess I mean with the target information. Surely the liquid diet is going to put me WAY under the target. Should that part be edited?

You don't really have to set the goals but it doesn't hurt.

What matters is the difference between calories consumed and used and that will work no matter what the goal is set at.

You can change the burn or consume level without creating a new plan. However, the other number will automatically adjust to whatever your calorie difference is set to.

I had surgery April 3,2009 and just got my bodybugg yesterday. I can't eat all the calories so I just put what I did eat. I would do that with the liquids because they add up calorie wise. I wanted to see how much I was moving more than calories.I love my bugg and also bought EA sport Active wii game and have done it x 2. Its a great work out and has so many different levels and programs. Alison Sweeney of Biggest Loser used it to lose all her weight. Good Luck with your surgery, its a life safer.
