now I know

Went 2 the doctor 2day n I found out that I wasnt eating right. I also found out the hurting feeling n my chest was restriction n thats when I was suppose 2 stop eating. hopefully now that I know better I will do better n the weight will come off...

    Eat slowly. You actually want to stop before you start hurting. The hurting means you ate just a bit too much.
