I am on the BandWagon!

Hey there! I just wanted to stop in here and introduce myself. I just got the band put in Dec 21st and I am feeling pretty good... minus the gas pains! I am excited to be on here and I look forward to hearing from you. Happy Holidays! :):)

Thank you Mimi! It looks like you have been very successful with this, do you have any advice for me?

Happy Holidays!

ps- How do I put on the weight loss tracker?

It is a little complicated to put the ticker on, it took me many tries. The best advice I can give you is to use the search button and read the different posts about it. There is a long detailed post that I printed out and followed step by step but I don't know the exact title. Good luck.

I am just now realizing how successful I am. It is scary and freaky to be "normal weight". The best advise I can give you is to take it slow and easy and 1-2 pounds a week adds up in a year. Expect setbacks while hoping for none. Try to find someone to exercise with or if you can get a personal trainer a couple of times a week that would be awesome. I credit my trainer and journaling my food and exercise for the fact that I never had a plateau that lasted even a whole week. When you get restriction cutting back on calories will be much easier.

Best wishes.

Mimi
