Question, not enough calories?

hi, i am a month post-op, i had my first fill a week ago. I've had weeks where i am starving and can eat anything, and now i do not want to eat anything. i am not complaining. I keep track of cal and amounts and protein and water. I also work out 5 times a week, but i am finding i am only getting 500 to 600 cals a day which is not enough to exercise. I am eating mushies, almost regular food. Any suggestions for food that would help, everything i eat has no cals or i can only eat a tiny amount. B)

Hmmm why are you on mushies if you already are having fills? Does it hurt to eat solid food?

At a month post op you're only supposed to be walking, and as long as your Protein is up you're fine and you'll lose, lose, lose which is kinda the purpose.

Protein up, calories down is the way this works, let us know how you progress, and at 4 weeks no move to solids yet? That will give you more caloric intake as well, unless you're restricted from solids I would make that move.
