2 Days Post Op

Hello, after two and half years of wanting to be banded, one year of active involvement in a program, I was finally banded on Thursday 17 December, in Washington DC. I was home within 24 hours. I'm sore and sorry today, but seem to be improving by the hour.

I look forward to lots of tips and ideas from so many others who have gone before,

Thanks

Celia

Congratulations!! Welcome to the losers bench. Just remember right now you want to walk as much as you possibly can to get rid of the gas. Stick with the food plan that you were given. When you move up to the mushies, make sure that you start measuring and weighing everything and you will be very successful. Keep us all posted on your progress. Happy Holidays.

I was banded on Dec 15th!!First few days were alittle rough, but back to work now and doing good!!How are you handling the liquids with the Holidays??

Thanks for those kind welcoming thoughts. I've just had my first post-op appointment. I feel great. Dr is very happy and so am I.
