I ate 2 much n I feel full do u think I stretched my pouch? how would i know, r there any signs? Has anyone ever had their pouch stretched

    I wouldn't worry about it. But maybe you might want to got to Weight Watchers or some other support group to help with the urge to overeat until you get a good fill.

    If you go to a WW meeting, make sure you don't tell them you were banded. They don't like it! They feel you are cheating if you are banded. WW wants people to lose ONLY with their program...even if you are the one paying for it.
