Soda??

Does anyone know the reason we have told to avoid soda? I haven't experienced any discomfort when i do drink it, aso i was wondering if there was some sort of medical reason the doctors have warned us off it? Please help?

Just wondering did your Dr tell you not to drink it as alot if the other Aussies have not been warned off it. My dr said diet was fine to drink.

The main reason for not drinking carbonated beverages is that it will expand your stomach...which that is what the band is trying to stop!
