I noticed that when I went to Santa Fe recently and with the high altitude and freezing temperatures I had very tight restriction - does anyone know if cold weather or altitude affects restriction - Thanks -

Air pressure varies with altitude so I think that would do it. The higher up you are the lower the air pressure and the liquid in your band would increase in volume and therefore increase the restriction.

Temperature should not really affect it as it is internal and your bodies core temp varies very little.
