If you cook ahead of time for your family.... You can put small amounts of food in the uber small tupperware dishes (they hold like a quarter cup of food) Buy yourself some cute little dishes... it makes the food seem like more...

Or my journal LOL seems as if we're going through the exact same thing. I'm extremely tight from my end feel, but not sick..... I've also lost over 8 lbs since then.... and my doctor says if I don't lose 7 lbs in a month, I need another fill the following month. How is your activity level?

Still tight.... but lost more. Is that the Pay off??? Not super Super tight, but I have to take the tinest of bites and eat extremly slooooowly.... I thought this only occurs after the third or fourth feel. I feel wonderful and love the weight loss

I'm sooo peeved. UHC is now saying I owe them like 77K because they did not approve my surgery! Yet they approved my friend whom I work with and have the same coverage and same doctor... Argh!

it's gross, I started with my second fill on friday.... so I'm having to chew extra extra.

I'm on day three after my 2nd fill and still fill a bit tight... not sore, but I have to eat very slooooooowly. I'm eating mushies like applesauce Yummy! but now I know what you all mean by sliming cos....YUCK-O!

Just got my fill yesterday and doc says liquids up to Saturday... well I was naughty and thought i could try some applesauce and bleuch! that felt bad

I snack on a few raw almonds and blueberries... maybe a 1/4 cup full or tw basil and olive oil triscuits with fat free laughing cow soft cheese and a slice of a cherry tomato... Yummelicious!

I looooove these.....unfortunately so does my cat LOL, so even though it's a small can, I never get to eat the whole thing.... wich I guess is a good thing LOL
