Hi Kathy, I head back to work tomorrow too! Even as I write this, my belly is making some angry noises. I just had an ounce of tea. I just try to ignore it now. I did have to return to the docs office on day 6 because I could not stop burping and belching, but after an un-fill, I was much better. Good luck tomorrow. Take care:)

I am having surgery on Valentine's Day. I just wanted to wish you all the best of luck this month. If you are anything like me, you are in final count-down mode. I dont have to start pre-op diet until the 9th, but I was thinking of trying the 2 shakes and 1 meal just to wean down. Have to start somewhere... 12 more days:)

Finally, someone with an opinion! thanks. I started this with a friend and she got her band back in august. she has since lost 40lbs and asks me every week how its coming for me. i dont know. if tomorrow goes well, i will be banded. if not, not sure

I have been pre-op for 1 whole year, trying to lose 5% before they even let me meet with the surgeon. So Tomorrow is the appointment, and I did not get there. What do you think will happen? I am so nervous. There is not much I can do about it now, is there? p.s. I am reposting this in post op--hoping for a response, any response;)

www.therecoverygroup.org or search the recovery group click go to online meeting. they have rules for sharing just as you would find in a face to face meeting. I also became a member of the wls group and they have an online meeting twice a week

Hi Mousie- I started OA too. I even attend online meetings through therecoverygroup.org LOVE OA for helping sort out the destructive behaviors prior to surgery:) Best of luck on your journey
