awwww he is ADORABLE! What a cutie... almost makes me wanna have another one....then again..maybe not LOL. Everything is going good here. My 2nd fill went really well. Seem to be stuck in a rut though and not going up or down even with added exercise. Im sure it will start moving again soon though. Hope every has a fantastic Friday! TGIF!! <3 Anny

Hi everybody! Just wanted to check in. Its been awhile!! My 1st fill went well. Quick which was good. Yesterday I went to the gym all by myself for the first time since surgery. I should have started going back sooner but I've had a hard time getting myself motivated as I dont have anyone to go with. Not that that is a good excuse. I did 2 miles on the treadmill. Really wanted to do 3 miles but figure I'll work up to 3 miles next week. My fill was August 14th and I dont feel very much restriction anymore again. My band is a 14cc band and it has a total of 4.5cc. I am very much looking forward to my next fill Sept. 22nd. Of course will let everyone know how that goes. I really wanted to go to the get together but promised my big brother that I would go to the Peach Festival in Lewiston. So that is where I will be at on Saturday lol. I got to go ''closet'' shopping this past weekend. Found an old pair of size 24 Jeans... fit with out any issues at all... THAT was awesome no looking forward to a size 22...one day...one size at a time! I sure hope everyone is doing well. My progress is slow...but its still there .

Hello everyone! Im on my lunch break at work right now. I have to work the 1pm to 10pm shift...and I have absolutely nothing to do...so I've got to come up with creative ways to keep my mind busy instead of wanting to snack all day long. I hate that I have a desk job and sit all the time...I remember the day when this was my DREAM job....and come to find out I hate it. LOL I'd much rather be physically active and up on my feet than glued to a computer chair all day long. I go for my first fill Wenesday. Im looking forward to it. I hope to find that restriction feeling I had right out of surgery. I also look forward to what the Dr.s Scale has to say. I weigh myself at home but for my records and my ticker here I only use the Dr.s numbers. I've been slacking bad... I havent even started exercising yet. Im supose to go to a pampered chef party tomorrow but I have no money to spend so Im heavyly considering skipping the party and going to the gym instead. I hope you all are having a productive good Monday and that its going by fast for you! Just needed to vent I guess...lol. Just 4 more days till Friday!! <3 Anny

*BIG HUGS* Hey everyone! Hows it going? Sorry I vanished for a little bit... My home computer died a very sad sad day... Im going to see if I can replace it this weekend. Right now im at work on my lunch break...its food day here at work so instead of eating im here...writing to all of you!!! Anything new and exciting going on with anyone?? I get my first fill Wenesday the 11th! Wish me luck!! Any final desicisons on the get together picnic? I'll go back up through the posts and see what I can see lol. I found my port for the first time the other night laying in bed...not as freaked out by it as I thought I would be. Hope everyone is doing well cant wait to feel actual restriction... ~<3 Adrianne

Hello Everyone!! I hope everyone is doing well! I went and had my first Dr. Appointment today since surgery (June 28th). I was told everything is great. I have a 14cc band. I was bumped up to Mushies today THANK THE LORD ALLMIGHTY!! And was told I can go back to work Monday the 26th with the restriction still of not lifting anything over 10 pounds. Was also told I can go back to the gym as long as all I do is the treadmill on level no incline and I can go swimming now! *happy wiggles all over the place* Im so glad to be on this side of the journey. I am also so very greatful to have all of you as support and encouragement!! Thank you all! ~Anny

Hello Everyone! Another Monday...Just 4 more days till Friday!! YAY *happy wiggle* I go for my first doc appointment since my band on Wenesday. Looking forward to it. I thought about joining again but wasnt sure they'd let me since I've had the band done...didnt know if they would consider that ''cheating'' or not. Hello Everyone! Happy 5th of July!!! Hope every one had a safe and fun 4th! Today I am 1 week POST OP. Im down 8 pounds... but im preparied for that to fluctuate once I introduce FOOD to my system lol. None the less things are going really well. I feel really great as long as I stay OUT of the heat.. Todays going to be a hot one too. I called my docts office today in hopes to let them release me from liquids and bump up to mushie but they are closed for the Holiday...bummer... *sad sigh* its okay one more day or even one more week wont kill me ....just really am tired of the all liquids. REALLY wanna go swimming but I can wait for that too... Anywho. I do hope you are all doing well. Watching other people eat hasnt bothered me a bit for some reason... I even got up to a house full of visitors for the 4th today fixed everyone a huge breakfast got a roast going for tonight I dont know why its not bothering me... part of it Im sure is the fact that im Italian and we LOVE to feed people.... i've always been a feeder. I love nothing more than to fix food for others to enjoy. Its soooo hot out today though between all the craft booths and the paraide I think I've over done it a bit...lots of walking which is good for me I know but WAYYYYY too much heat and sun. Im in now until the sun goes down and it cools off a bit outside. I sure hope everyone is having a safe wonderful Holiday weekend with there friends and loved ones! ~Anny

I am back! Val im glad your home and doing better! Sorry to hear you had that set back!! Man after Surgery on Monday I felt AWEFUL! Gas bubbles and pain and nausia and dizzyness. EWWWWW it was icky. Todays been the first day that has given me confidence that I will return to normal! Im still not 100% but im sooo much better! Added Carnation Sugar Free instant breakfast to my liquid diet per my docs. instruction and its helped alot!! Be sure to be sipping your water all day long even if your not thrusty hun gotta stay hydrated!!!!

I was thinking of creating a group for us in the community section under ''Social Groups'' something to do with being Western NY's ''Buffalo Banders'' or something to that affect....was curious what everyone thought of creating our own group on there? Today is day 2 on my liquid diet...its a hard thing for me...but It will be okay Monday will be here before I know it!!! Hope you are all doing fantastic!! <3 ~Anny

Today is my second day on my all liquid diet. Saw the doc yesterday and he said everything is perfect. My sister in law had her baby this morning. 9lbs 7oz all natural! CRAZY...but that baby is such an Angel. Love her to pieces already! Im struggling with this liquid diet... I keep telling myself its just 3 more days now but I come from a family of BIG eaters everything is surrounded by whats to eat and when are we eating again and whats for dinner while stuffing your face with lunch. My husband keeps asking permission to eat because he doesnt want to eat around me.... and im HUNGRY....*sigh* but I will remain strong and stick to it....the process is worth the outcome in the end.... as someone else said.... one day we will all laugh about this in our bikini's! :thumbup:

I will be there with you both on Monday also. I will keep you all in my mind. I start the Liquid diet tomorrow....:smile2: shall be interesting to see how this goes. Went to my family doctor today for the clearance for surgery. One more doctors appointment with my Surgions Assistant in the morning.
