  1. I've learned its a process and a hard one at that. I was on another thread and it was" my first vomit". I was shocked at why she vomited...Eating hamburgers and Birthday cake...23 days out. We all blow things from time to time , My husbands birthday is tommarow and i will Not be eating the cake (DAMNIT its icecream too) , Because i got the band to help me and cheating like that is sabatoging myself. I have not cheated (Yet) ,although there are days i want to. ALL of us August Banditos are Awesome !!!! Keep moving forward and we all can use each others support!!! ~Jennifer~
  2. Im wondering why you would want the cake if you are trying to lose weight. you are only 23 days post op and able to eat hamburgers allready? Avoid the cake !!!
  3. My Nut said chicken gravy packets, broth , fat free dressing, salsa....
  4. my pysch was good to me just charged for three office visits to my ins. no co pays.
  5. Its what i have now!!!! a few weeks post op and super hungry! 600 calories a day is not cutting it.

  9. Amanda just be very careful with Advil . My doc had a pt that used it just for 4 days and developed a bad bleeding ulcer( because it irritated the small pouch) and he bled so much he nearly died.

  13. the liquid thing does get old fast!!! today i start with cottage cheese , scrambled eggs......soups . Guess how much though? 1 whopping once !!!! its a size of a shot glass!!!!
  14. I love the weight idea so i weighed my 2 lb weight and its right on!!!!
  15. Never Take Advil, motrin or any aspirin products. My surgeon at the support group couldn't be more serious about the fact that you can bleed to death from any aspirin products. He basically said tylenol only and pain is better than dead! FYI

  17. I was seen in Margate florida by a awesome world known surgeon, Dr Paul wizman . try his office i know its a drive, but well worth it!!! ~jennifer
  18. When you Track or weigh yourself do you go by your scale or your Drs? they tend to vary by a few lbs .
  19. Question for you all about tracking weight loss, are you following your scale or the Doctors?

  23. My Surgeons office likes the gummies and i oh so nicely reminded them about teeth decay associated with gummy types of candy/vitamins. I work in a dental office! Brush your teeth after taking them.
  24. im finaly less itchy a week and two days out!!! it gets better!
  25. I went to my post op yesterday and i too am suffering from acid heart burn. He said i was given a standard band ...im guessing 10 cc and they all come with a small amount of fluid in them . He was concerned im tight allready...
