Three years post gastric bypass and 115 pounds still off. Just wanted to touch base with this forum. I plateaued out at 141 after high of 256. It remains a struggle but so worth all the trials on the road here. I want to encourage you all to stay the course and listen to all the expert advice from your medical support staff.
