Goldie, i agree now would be a good time to at least start the consult process... even if you LOVE the first surgeon, i suggest going to see at least 2. good luck and congrats on your weight loss!

once properly filled (not over, not under - something you work with your surgeon to accomplish) it is NOT hard. do this for yourself. its worth it - you're worth it!!

the beauty i've found with the band is you dont have to 'diet'. the band provides the portion control when properly restricted. protein first then veggies then maybe carbs...

oh, i've never seen her in chat before ... i usually call her out about being so tight that she can ONLY be on liquids and that's not how the band is supposed to work...

Gastric Sleeve is a totally different surgery - not Lap Band for those who dont know... :frown: congrats on your weight loss.
