  3. yeah, i kinda wanted to know the same thing ... maybe i can wear something next time and hide it under the sleeve ... :biggrin1:
  4. Juli, great to see you are getting one! i LOVE my bugg. Juli & jowjow, i wear mine from the minute i step out of bed until i go to sleep at night. i put it on my night table so i can easily grab it. it is not waterproof so dont wear it bath/shower or swimming, but after i shower/lotion, it goes right back on. there have been times i wore it during sex and it was kind of interesting, but DH kinda looked at me like i was crazy and i think it was kind of a turn off for him, so i dont wear it anymore. i hope you love your bugg as much as i love mine!
  5. it is a premix can. the only place i get it is from Amazon. they also have a mocha that is really quite good, but i prefer the caramel.

  19. found the link ... if you want to learn about running, seriously look for Jachut, Chickie and JulieNYC's posts ... they are all super! http://www.lapbandtalk.com/f81/couch-5k-42879/#post590308
  20. hi Jeanie, speed for now should not be an issue. in fact i was gently 'chastized' by a runner on the board for trying to go too fast. (it was a nice chastized ... not a bad thing at all, it motivated me even more actually).... i was trying for 5.0-5.2 MPH... they both suggested i slow it down, then slow it down again. it is length you run to condition your body to run. i will try to find Jachut's link. she and JulieNYC have been enormous running inspirations for me.
  21. WOOO HOOO!!!! :clap2: congrats ... i still really like my bugg...
