  1. I?m so frustrated, discouraged HELP

    its ok I have had mine a year now. To tell u the truth I have just start to lose I Had surgery in July 09' and I have only lost 54 pds. it's ok the last fill for me was the trick I'm at 9.5cc in a 13.cc band

    I'm with you I had lap band 7/14/09 and I lost 20 pounds on my own before and maybe 25 after and its hard. I'm staying on track this time I'm willing to support you and we can do this together. GOOD LUCK!

    I was banded in July and I have only lost 34 pounds. You are doing great some ppl lose faster so just be patience I believe it will turn around.... 'm going get a fill in a week so the TURN AROUND will happen for me as well....
