Every weekend I gain weight example last Friday my weight was 245lbs, no workout for Sat/Sun, Monday morning I weight was 250lbs, however after my work out Monday evening my weight is 244lbs. Don't be disencouraged just take in the required protein and workout and you will be fine!! And stay away from the scale , just weigh yourself at the begining and end of the week.

Fish is my favorite food, and I can't live without it!! Sooo during my mushie stage I brought fish broth and poured it over my mash potatoes or grits and it worked in my mind I was having the biggest catfish ever.

Hello, I understand your feelings about the surgery, however do not base your decision on someone else's experience, you must do this first of all for you!! The most important thing is checking out the surgeon you choose and God will do the rest. I was banded 1 May 2010, I have lost 30lbs and feeling great. Don't mean to sound so harsh, I guess it's 25 years of being a Soldier. Good Luck in your decision.
