hi phoon have you booked the package with hotel and taxi included,i paid 4100 euro for all mine ,i was by myself and i was fine,if you look up anyone heard of dr chris debruyne you will find a site with loads of his patients on from all over uk and ireland there is over 600 threads if you want to know anything just ask,i had mine done on 27th july and ive lost a stone up till now im getting my first fill on thursday good luck:thumbup:

lou la bell dont worry europe surgery are ok ive heard and if you are worried you should just phone them,ive heard alot of people talking about bridgit who works ther and they think she is great,and if your worried about sleeping in ask for an alarm call i got one for 6am,got up got a shower and went downstairs to see who else was going,trust me you wont eat brekfast you will be too excited and nervous at same time lol,just take slimfast shakes or asda measure up ones,and for hospital i just took clothes i was wearing and washbag and towel,let us know how you get on hun.angel fizz you are not alone hun i thought the day of surgery afterwoods was painfull,but mainly my back for some reason,?maybe cause i couldnt turn over off my back,anyway was in pain that day,the next day was 6/10 i sat up in the bar talking to people till about midnight only drinking water by the way lol.but 2nd day post op i was feeling quite well,we drove home from belgium up to scotland and across to ireland and i had no probs,but i did think after op what the f--- have i done and omg the pain lol,but im just hoping i will have no probs and all will turn out great when the weight starts to shift and i get to a weight i havnt been for such a long time good luck to ya hun:smile2:

it does seem quiet freckles,not that many going over for op's at the min,lynda is looking for someone going the same time as her on the 27th sep,but no taker's up till now lol,sher im dying to know how ya fill went hun x:lol:

good luck with your fill sher you will have to let me now how it went,pain etc lol,shaz just take the bare min,i did i just took washbag and towel the clothes i went in i came out in,and i just wore their nighty,and i didnt need anything else hun,when i went back to hotel i ws lucky i didnt have any gas pains so i just had there pain killers,the only thing i wish i would have taken with me is slimfast shakes or the asda's own ones which taste nicer as i didnt want to eat any soups,the shakes were enough for me good luck hun:thumbup:

well done jojo that's great how many fills you had up till now hun,and freckles cant wait till it's me sayin that lol,it's funny year's ago i would have gone mad if someone had said i was overweight now i would be delighted he he:wink2:

hi happy yes slow is best and your weightloss will slow down mine has stopped now just waiting for my first fill,jane you will be skinny in the long run it just takes a wee bit of time and patience lol,i like the frog too he he,and yes when i lose weight it hops alont to track my progress,go to ticker factory and take a look at all the tickers i dont even know how i managed to get mine on lol im no good on computer:wink2:

hi clare my fill is on 16th sep cant wait,im not expecting much difference,im being realistic i know 1 fill want do a lot,so am focusing on the 2nd or 3rd fill to really do somthing lol,my niece is so excited but nervous at the same time she has been reading some gastric band horror stories lol,i told her everyone is different some people react badly to hair dye and millions dont.if your mind is set and you wanna do a thing just go ahead and get it done lol,are you a teacher then clare,if so what age group do you teach i cant wait for mine to go back i love the whole routine thing our children are off 8 weeks and it is too long lol.do you go away in a motor home,i thought that was what you said anyway,i love caravaning im constantly planning were im going next,keep up the good work x:lol:

my weight loss has stopped now,i can eat anything and everything except bread lol,cant wait for my fill,how are you going with food how many shakes do you have a day and how many meals your doing really well:thumbup:

dont worry shaz i was in holland when i was doing my pre op and i hated all the food so lived off mcdonalds and pizza hut,i just made good choices lol and i was ok,bet your excited lol:thumbup:

hi kerry what type of class is it ive been to belly dancing classes before and i enjoyed that,ive never heard of zumba classes prob dont have them here in ireland anyway lol:blush:

hi hun who and were are you going to get done,yes short sleeved pj's,maybe some windeeze,and nurofen melts,i think if your getting it done in england you dont have a drain in,so that will prob be better and im thick on computer what is mm do you mean fills?if so i think some peep's have restriction from about 3 fills onwards bet your excited now hun not long now x:w00t:
