I still don't have a "journey" to talk about, I'm just looking into my options with my weight struggle. I have 3 children and unlike many other women, over weight was not directly caused by my pregnancies. I have always ate ANYTHING I have ever wanted without any restrictions. My weakness is completely sweets, mhhh I crave them so much, and yes they are my comfort food. If you have any suggestions or opinions for me, I will more than gladly accept them!
