In 2011 I had lap band surgery. I weighed 355 pounds on the day of surgery. I did pretty well at first and I loss 89 pounds. My surgeon moved out of state and I went back to my old habits. Today I really need help. Now I have developed type 2 diabetes and I weigh 345 pounds. I have a surgeon and I am trying to get to get it approved by my insurance company.
