It has been a tough last 6-7 yrs. I quit smoking, started menopause, developed a thyroid problem, and went from working as a laborer to sitting through 4 yrs of nursing school, and gained 50 lbs. Did every imagineable weight loss program without success....then decided I needed a 'life-changing event! here goes!
