  1. Same here . I am 4 weeks out. Had one stall, then went down pretty quick and now stalled again. I am okay with it , if it works like last time ..I would like the losing to start anytime now. I am down 25 between pre-op and post -op. Julie
  2. I had surgery 11/10 weighed 259 day of surgery today I weigh 242= -17 Julie
  3. I feel your pain!! But it is best for healing right now. I was tired of all the liquids too. Try to sip all day at least on water some of how you are feeling could be dehydration. You don't want that. Here is how I got my head around it.. Someone posted on here about looking at the protien shakes as medicine, because at this point of your recovery that IS what they are. They will give you energy. Also try taking some vitamin b12 sublingual ( under your toungue) It helps with energy too. This time seems to go so slow , btu before you know it you will be on slft food and then regular food.. Stay strong you CAN do this. This is the hardest part , but the most important for healing. Best wishes, Julie
  4. Congrats!! You look Awesome!!! I had my gall bladder out with my sleeve surgery as I had , had attacks before and really did not want surgery again. Good luck !! It will go well.. Julie

  6. I had my surgery on the 10th and came home on the 14th . Weighed on the 15th and had lost 8 pounds since surgery. I weighed 251.3 ....I have weighed 251.3 ever since. Drinking all my water and getting my protien. Trying not to freak, but it is frustrating!!!!! Julie
  7. I am 2 weeks out today and other then vomiting the few several hours in the hosp. which was from the strong pain meds. Once I stopped taking those I have been great. Able to drink all my water and get in my protien. I went back to work at 1 one out. Feeling like I didn't even have anything done at this point. Julie
  8. Hi , I'm Julie I am 48 and had my sleeve on the 10th of Nov. For some reason sweet doen't bother me. Except for artificial sweetners. I can drink my Protien shakes just fine. I don't love thta they are sweet , but I have no effects from them. Hope you resolve your problems soon. Julie
  9. At 4 days post -op I was only on clear liquids. Water, gatorade etc.. The protien shkes might just be too much right now. I stayed on those for 7 days total including surgery day. I am now on the full liquids for 2 weeks . and I am able to get in about 60 oz. water and 50 grm protien shakes. I say take it easy and go back to clears to up your hydration. It gets easier everyday!! Julie
