  3. I have Health alliance connect which is Medicaid due to a disability and the only thing that was covered was physical therapy and seeing the nurse practitioner. I had to pay $119 for first consult and $72 for all others. Six so far and I also had to pay for behavioral out of pocket. I'm on a payment plan.
  4. I have Medicaid. My pcp had to send a letter of medical necessity to the weight loss center but the NP at the facility is supervising my medical visits for 6 months and not my pcp. I have health alliance connect of Illinois.

  6. October is my last month for my 6 month appts. I wish I was having surgery then! Lol! Best wishes to you!
  7. @@SharBear617 Thank you! It went very well. I have torturous artery disease but he says I'm still able to get the surgery. I was diagnosed with sleep apnea this week as well on top of hypertension, diabetes, bipolar 2 disorder.. And, I have lupus! So, this surgery is really needed. How are you doing?
  8. Hello, Nice to meet you. I'll have my fourth appt out of 6 on 8/26/ and I've decided on RNY, if you take an bariatric vitamin and follow your surgeons order then malabsorption shouldn't be a problem if that's what you mean.
