    If you're really stopped up, you may need do do something drastic like milk of magnesia or a baby fleet enema. As far as maintenace therapy, try adding benfiber in your protein shakes... it doesn't taste like anything and it dissolves in any liquid.
  2. Laura Kay's comment is pretty much what i've heard from my Doctor's office as well. I try to eat reagular meals (breakfast/ lunch/ dinner) and fill up in between by drinking crystal light or just plain water.
  3. Hi Jon, I had by surgery 9/8/08. I've lost 78.5lbs so far, but I have more to loose than you do... Anyway, I try to make sure that I have good food choices available for those moments when i feel like I'm starving. I like to have nonfat yogurt on hand or jello. In a pinch, I'll have a spoon of peanut butter just to take the edge off. Keep up the good work.
