I hurt my ankel 2 years ago and my excercise program went down the tubes in the last 2 years i have gained over 120 pounds I had ankel surgery and my ankel is worst I need to lose the weight to make my ankle better and to start my exercise program I cant wait for my surgery um ready!!!!!
