I heard through a friend that the staff didn't treat people very well. that's all. You must live close to me b/c that hospital is only like 10 miles from my house. haha! I had my done at Scottsdale Healthcare Hospital.

Ok so I'm having my surgery in 10 days. I've been thinking alot about what to do about lunch at work without letting ppl knwo my business and see me measuring stuff. So the idea of Soup just hit me! does anybody know a recipe of a soup that includes Protein, good fat, and veggies?? I picture making a huge pot, measuring out my 1 cup in the morning, and just heating up at work.

My progress and pictures from May 2010 to June 2011. Not much change on the scale other than a 5 lb up and down swing...I'm non-commital with my food but STILL love working out. And I think if it weren't for the exercise, I would've gained this last year! I'm not proud of my progress, but i do try to be proud of where I came from and that I haven't gained much/hardly any, back!
