  1. I had my surgery on 7/12/10 and can eat mostly anything. My dietary instructions were to avoid salads & fresh veggies until about 6 months. I miss them but I really miss salads. I tried a leaf of lettuce serving as bread for my tuna salad and had no difficulty. Is there a physiological reason that I should wait for salad?
  2. Hello I am having my surgery on 5/24/10. I live in Central Arizona, south of Phoenix. 5'6 currently 247 after my 6 month monitored diet. I had my pre-op today!! Seemed like it would never get here...my partner hopes to go thru the process next month. Hope to get to 145...
  3. Does anyone have anything good or bad to say about this facility?
