i have found that General's chicken takes a lot of chewing of really small bites. i used to eat a full order for one meal, now it takes about 4 days.

my dr billed my insuranse over 80k, and got pd about 22k. i had 4 previos surguries last year, so my out-of-pocket maximum left was 480 bucks. alas, when my wife has it we will not have met the max, i expect to pay about 2k.

yeah, i was very humiliated when i went down to silver dollar city in branson, waited in line 20 min for the coaster, got in, sat down, had to get out and leave the ride. it was my most embarassing fat moment ever. i was about 340 then. i am 292 now. i'm hoping to go to worlds of fun for the first time this summer.

last sleep study i went for i had over 70 events per hour, this is after having UPPP surgery to help with my sleep apnea. i had no problems with my surgery.
