Went to the doctor Friday and am down 92 pounds in 7 months. I am so excited and only about 30 pounds from goal and 8 pounds from 100 pounds..

I put some pics of me before lapband and the day I started pre-op and pics of me now 6 months later and 82 pounds smaller. hope you can tell a difference. I wore a 28 capris prior and I bought these Sat and they are 18 and the top is a XL down from a 3X.

I got my band 12/3/09 and have lost 60 pounds as of today. I lost 25 pounds on the 2 week preop diet and the rest since surgery. I feel so much better and was taking 6 insulin shots a day and 6 pills a day and now I take none.

I don't remember my pin and it keeps saying invalid pin if I try to do a new one. Which thing do we copy and paste when we edit our signature

How do I go about changing my weight on my tracker. It won't take my pin and I have to redo it every time, but how do I get it to the message board. Thanks

I was banded on 12/3 and went in for my 2nd visit today and I have 52.1 pounds and 25 1/2 inches in 2 months. I lost 25 on the pre-op and the rest in 6 weeks. My head has been so high in the clouds it hasn't come down yet. I also haven't had any insulin in 4 weeks or my diabetic pill or B/P pill. Guess watching what I am eating and knitting has worked. Just wanted to toot my own horn for a minute, thanks for listening.

yes I have to do liquids for 2 days and then soft for 2 days and then back to my regular diet. This 2 days of liquids is tough.

I am 2 weeks post op as of Thursday and went to the doctor yesterday and I have lost 34 pounds. I lost 25 pounds on the 2 week preop diet and the other 9 pounds since surgery. I was so thrilled to loose 34 pounds in 4 weeks. He gave me a 2 cc fill also yesterday and now I am on liquids for 2 days again. My post op diet was different from many I have read here. I was on liquids for 2 days, soft foods for 2 days and then on to a regular diet on the 5th day. I was getting really hungry so I guess I needed the fill. Just wanted to share my weight loss and that I have done well since the surgery. Claudean

it is called the Ultimate Chopper- Ultimate Chopper™ - Introduction it can be found here, it grates ice to snow texture. My grandson and I eat these all the time and I get some of my DaVincci sugar free syrups at walmart by the coffee.

I use these sugar free syrups to make icees. i have a shaved ice maker and then I pour these sugar free syrups over them and sometimes add fat free creamer (like french vanilla) to them. they are yummy and all sugar free and fat free except for the creamer. I already have my shaved ice maker out and some syrups bought.
