  10. muscle milk lite is my favorite i think i have posted on this a couple of times lolz they just taste so dam good lolz!!!
  11. looks like you are eating some foods that are known to cause difficulties for the banded folks i notice you are eating past and letuce, might want to stay away from those.. pastas and breads are no nos according to my dietician for the first 6 months. concentrate on getting your protein in first and then try a starchy vegetable
  12. you might need an unfil hun.. sounds like your doc is pretty agressive with those fills. try liquids for another day and see if your tummy settles but if you cant keep liquids down its time to go back in.. Dont want to risk becoming dehydrated..
  13. try a hydrocortizone cream and perhaps an ointment like polysporin might work if you have an ozzy rash. keep it dry of course.
  14. I havent been babded yet and I have had a couple of short discussions with my kiddos my daughter is 7 and my son is 9 going on 30. They are smart kids and know what the surgery entails. They both tell me that they are supportive of whatever my decision is since i seem to be a little undicisive. Not sure if im going to have surgery yet. Some days I'm like yeah im going to do it and others I'm not sure. I have had other procedures before and the kids have always gone to school on the day of. They are a little older and missing school is a no no. But your baby is only 4 take her with you make sure you pack a coloring book and her favorite toy and oh yeah a snack to keep her busy while everyone waits.
  15. Muscle MIlk light is good about 198 cals and 20 grams of protein per shake i like the banana cream its my favorite
  16. BiPolar scale i luvz it.. lmao..
  17. lolz you guys are breaking her balls because she wants to sell us all girdles. Just my 2 cents Ardys girdles suck!!! I'm the girldle queen and my fave come from lipoexpress.com I just love their girdles these things are bullet proof and can be worn post surgically as well..
  18. OMG I have gotten the same response from every one my husband includeed I'm 5'8 and 250 (315) at my highest. I went in to get my upper GI and the GI doc was like so how much have you lost already. Mind you this was before he started the procedure. I was like WTF i havent been banded yet. Same thing at the lab where i got my blood work done the phlebotomist was like "i want to get banded also how much have you lost you look great" I was like i havent been banded yet and she was like "are you sure you want to you probrobly dont need it".. I was like mind your own buisness lady..
  19. Welcome to LBT.. read up on some of the old posts it will give you good ideas as to what to expect
  20. get an small unfil so that you can get all your cals in..
  21. acid reflux or gerd can give you a sore throat..allergies maybe idk you should check with your doc..
  22. I had a tummy tuck long ago before i even had children now that i'm going to be loosing about 80 lbs i just know im going to need a revision. Revisions from what i have heard are a little more riskier. Just because there is a whole lot of scar tissue and blood supply isnt as good. If i were you i would just buy a good girdle and wait until your weight stablizes. Your skin might shrink a little give it some time. Here is the type of girdle thats my favorite its the classic from lipoexpress.com check them out a little pricy but theyre bullet proof.. i love it.. It gives you a great silouette when you're wearing them its a temp fix until you're to goal.
  23. Welcome to LBT.. 6 months go by quick
  24. you probrably didnt do anything to it. Keep in mind that you have a foreign object in you now and it might take a little getting used to.
  25. eat more calorie dense foods like proteins first and then your veg and starch last this will keep you satiated longer and as always no drinking when you eat. Nothing is wrong with you You just went from not being able to eat to getiing some food in you. Might seem like you are eating too much but i bet thats not the case.
