Stay positive track what you eat and walk all good habits to get into..

Your stomach is a bit numb so by the time you feel full it's too late.. Slow down when you eat and measure so that you're eating less food until you start getting your sensation back..

I was deflated for about 4 months before I had my revision..

Dense proteins for me with raw veggies.. And no drinking for about an hour after I eat.. It hurts if I drink too soon after I eat.
