    Down some more!!!!

Since March 26th I'm down another 7 lbs:thumbup:,still eating around 1000-1150 cal. a day. Started(had stopped) once again eating a serving of almonds a day(12 in morn. and 12 at night) and weight started going down again:confused:. Could it be the almonds? I don't know, but I'm gonna continue to eat them and not take any chances. Makes my weight loss at 131 lbs in 14 months and 16 days.:w00t: I LOVE THIS BAND!!!!!!!

    Does it really work??

Yes it works if you follow the plan.I lost 125 lbs in 13 months and 2 weeks, but I had an enormous amount to lose. The more you have to lose the faster you lose and then when you reach a certain point everything slows down tremendously but you still lose, and of course as in any weight loss you hit plateaus along the way,you just have to stick it out. Good luck on your journey of a life time. You won't be sorry. sulusuth1 see my before and current pictures:page 65

    Getting close to 1st goal

keep up the good work,it can be done. i lost 100lbs and then set my goals 25 lbs at a time, already lost that 25(1 yr 10 days altogether)slowing down losing considerably but still losing none the less, now working on my other 25 then i'll only have 3 more rounds of 25's to go. 50 or a 100 at a time is to daunting for me.but to each their on. ROCK ON!!!!!!!!
