OMG my first throw up! UGH!!!!!

I guess I was so cocky that I thought I was immune to throwing up! So I decided today that I would have some tuna on some 35 calorie bread, right? WRONG!!!! By the third bite I was so violently ill, it felt like there was a little man in my esophogas with a blow torch, burning up my insides. It was so very uncomfortable I would not wish that on my worst enemy! I actually forgot about the lapband principles. No little bites, no chewing up my food, just business as usual. Never Again! Plus I threw it up. It just came up sweet as you please, right in my office thank you very much! I am giving you this detail because I don't want this to happen to you. Please, please follow the rules. Mushy food only! Learn from my mistake.

if i might ask,where did you find 35 calorie bread and what brand is it. lowest i found is 45 cal.

Girlfriend, I had the gastric bypass and I have had several dumping syndromes. Not so much because I did not eat correctly but alot of food does not agree with me..
