  1. It seems you are having the same problem as my friend is having. She can still eat everything as before banded, but as for me, I am having the tightness feeling. I suggest that you consult with your doctor and make sure that your band is still working like you paid for.
  2. I was banded April 10th. This is my third fill.
  3. I feel really tight and it just take me along time to drink or get down any food. It always feel really tight in my chest like something is stuck, but nothing is coming up. Food is going down.

  5. So far, I have nothing bad to say about this doctor or the people that works in his office.
  6. I am in bandster hell and my friend is there with me. We got banded the same day (April 10, 2009) and we call each other once or twice a week and we do not have any restrictions. I am hoping to have some restriction after my first fill. I was wondering how much I will be on my first fill. I am ready to lose weight and see a difference. This sucks!!!

Surgery went great. I am a little soar but no gas :rolleyes2:. I have been walking and sipping with a spoon to make sure I am not gulping. My doctor was Dr. Manuel Castro, He was wonderful. I did not have go 2 week on per op diet, it was just 24 hours for me:lol:. I would like to hear everyone day of surgery. If I had to do this day again I would very easy.

  9. I will be going in on March 27th for pre-op and my date is April 10th (Good Friday). I am too excited and calm because I feel this is best for me. I am paying out of pocket because my insurance says I do not have anything wrong with me but obesity.
  10. I am so excited!!! I am having this done. I am paying for this out of pocket due to my cheap ass company I work for. They want to give you the run around and if you are overweight they should be gladly to help you with that. I will be broke but looking good is ust fine with me. I look around here at work and see so many obese people and I need this is something my company should cover. They took this option off 3 years ago when people started getting it done. What a joke? I am glad to have found this site and I will post pictures me. So everyone will see the transformation. I am so proud of each and everyone of you all. Keep up the good work.
