  3. well, I got my fill and it was well worth it... I have 3cc now and I know I have my band... I have trouble eating certain foods now when before I could eat the house... I had only lost 4 lbs in 4 mths, but now I am down a couple more in a couple weeks...I am between 180 and 178 now... I fluctuate alot... my goal is 140 for now... keep up the good work! I think we will be fine...
  4. I was banded on Jan 9th 2009. I started at 213 and now at 182. I have been here for 2 + mths now... I have an appointment on the 30th for a fill, but I am totally ready to start losing again... I only have a 4cc band and I now have 2cc fill... Am I doing ok? :biggrin:
  5. It's always good to hear words of encouragement. I started at 213 and now 180-182. I have been here for at least 2 mths now. I need my sweetspot. I was banded on Jan 8, 2009. I still feel some restriction, so I was afraid to get a fill. I have 2cc in my 4cc band. Any advice... :thumbdown:
  6. you are where I wanna be.... any advice...i was banded on jan 8th 2009. started at 213, now between 180-182. I have been here for over 2 mths now, and im feeling content, but I know this is not where I wanna be. Can you give me advice on what you eat/ example? I am looking to get a fill soon hopefully that will help... And I do exercise and protein first... thank you, Kissy
  7. My bmi was only 30. I started at 213 and I am now 180... I was banded in Mexico at dr. kuri and associates on Jan 8, 2009... Although I was self-pay... They treated me like a princess, I would'nt have traded this experience for nothing. I highly recommend them... Good Luck

  9. I think more restriction will definately help... I kinda feel like now that I can eat more, I dont have the band. I still feel some restriction, but not enough. thank you for taking time out for those in need... :thumbdown: I am doing pretty good on what I eat now, I just needed some motivation...

  11. I was banded on Jan 8, 2009. My starting weight was 213, I am now 180-183. I have been juggling between this weight for 2 mths now... I have joined the gym, but I find my self wanting to slip back into old eating habits... I probably need a fill but finances are tight, I can eat anything, just less of it. I need to get back mind set, only to eat bandster meals. any advice?

  13. I was banded on Jan 8th 2009. I had lots of port pain...sometimes I would sleep on my port side and could'nt hardly walk to next day.... I still get sore in my port area.... Make sure you try not to sleep at your port site... good luck... Kissy
