I haven't been in the 140's since I was dating my husband 17 years ago!!!!!!

OMG - I did a nekkid dance around the bathroom - I'm sure it was very sightly and entertaining for DH :hurray:

you are where I wanna be.... any advice...i was banded on jan 8th 2009. started at 213, now between 180-182. I have been here for over 2 mths now, and im feeling content, but I know this is not where I wanna be. Can you give me advice on what you eat/ example? I am looking to get a fill soon hopefully that will help... And I do exercise and protein first... thank you, Kissy
