I finally got to my 20lbs. mark now my next one is 50lbs. lost. I'm at stage 3 nowsolid foods and protein. So glad to hear everybody is doing good. It is feel so good when people tell you that you are losing weight. Everyone keep up the good work it will pay off in the long run.

hi everyone i'm still on my blended soup. does it hurt to eat really "soft" food. I get so hungry for really food. i haven't had my first fill yet. will it hurt my lap band.

i'm only two weeks out since being banded and i haven't lost like i think i should but to day i started writing down everything that goes in my mouth. i went to dr. pitt at boone hospital and would do it again even will the slow losing. i walk two times a day for 20 minutes and rest on sunday

hi everyone having a bad day have been watching what i eat gained apound. don;t seem to be losing like i think i should. my exercise is way iup from what i was doing. ihave been walking 20 minutes a day twice a day. eating soft food. jello, pudding soup, potatoes. feeling really hungery. has been 2 weeks. i feel good. but it is so good to hear how everyone else is doing. what can i do to get my meotlism to get in high gear. everyone found out at work what i had done so i can't fail.

indgogirl how long did it take you to lose the weight and what exercise did you do

dr pitt did my band on january14th of 2009 and i'm so gad to have in done. i started out at 258 and this morning i weighed and i'm down to 244. the only problem i've had is my shoulders being sore and the belching.

i'm having alot of shoulder pain ahd banding the 14 of january 2009 how long will it last

good luck i had mine the 14th of january and i'm having shoulder pain everything else seem o.k.

i had my four days ago and ay pain is in my shoulders i have trouble getting in and out of bed good luck

today is my fourth day out from banding and i feel great. stil a little sore but nothing like what i expected. i'm not hurgury at all eating my shakes and lots of liquids. it is so nice to have everyone to share things with. best of luck to all.
