Hi, I was searching the website for people going through this too. I have been filled three times and still can eat alot. have only lost 3 pounds since the surgery, its very depressing. I feel some restriction but nothing like I thought I would. I can still eat a 6 inch from subway

Well the nutritionist told me to eat between 700-900 a day, I have on had two fills and I am starving. I work out 5 times a week burning 400-500 calories a session. Thats why I wanted to know if anyone else is deducting amount burned from their intake.

Hi there, I had my surgery the same day you did and I was at the same weight as you and lost the exact same amount as you on my 1 week post op. I had mine in San Diego CA. Are you keeping a daily calorie count?

thats not too long, I thought maybe it was a month or so. I find out on the 13th if I get accepted into a clinical trial for the Realize Band, I am trying to estimate when the surgery would be. Good luck to you!!!

how many days are you on the diet before you have the surgery?

Quick question, is this your pre-op diet and do you have to lose a certain amount of weight before you get to have the surgery? I am waiting for my approval.
