surgery tomorrow!!!!!!! so excited,but i have to wake up at 4am ...yuck hhaah

ive been wanting to have these for the longest time. Since i'll be having surgery soon and going to be having hair loss i thought i should finaaly getsome. so i ordered mine yesterday. Im so excited i have never had a lot of hair.

January 28th is the date! so excited..... Placentia linda hospital in yorba linda

not sure what day in January but i should find out this week.

hey im 17 turning 18 in march and i live in california and i know my dotcor has done a good amount of minors. i still havent had my surgery yet but hopefully i can dec 19th =] i really thought when i was starting into the whole idea iof having this surgery that there would be no other minors i could talk to but this awesome there is actually ppl here around my age.

thank you everyone! yah its day two and its hard when my family cooks alot but im so determind and i have a few people doubting because of my past diet trials but i really want to prove them wrong. I really want to do it for myself b/c im sick of choosing food over my health.

it took 3 weeks to get approved but i had to be on their butt! i didnt check in till the first week and a half then i asked if they had an answer yet but all they said was that i would know soon. I guess their fax wasnt work at the doctors office and so the insurance company wasnt getting my papers but finally i got a new number for them to fax to and in like record time they approved me in less then 24 hours. it was one of the best things i have ever heard. but if i want my surgery in december i have to loose 10 pounds i guess in a week...i hope i can do it!

wow i agree with so many of these -having to always to wear a jacket even thou i live in California and its 100 degrees out -only able to take pictures from the neck up so i dont have to see all my roles -making holes in pants from thighs rubbing -getting the biggest size in all stores -being a mouth breather -not being able to walk up my stairs and being winded afterwards -looking around to hope im not the fattest girl -not ever having a boyfriend because guys just dont see my physically attractive - people comparing me to my skinner sister -my family always telling me they worry about my health -my mom moderating everything i eat -my dad yelling at me because i'm not fast enough when we hike -when going cloth shopping my friends buy clothes and i have to get jewelry because the clothes don't fit me.

well i havent been approved or denied yet...i have been waiting 3 weeks. i guess they keep loosing my paper work which has been real frustrating! but i was wondering who's your health insurance company...do all health insurances have that policy or just some?

i have PacifiCare and i had my appointment made ahead of time so that i could get it done as soon as possible even though havent been approved yet but i should know by tomorrow =] my surgery date is dec 19th

thanks for the your advice and own stories...i think i should only keep it with the ppl i have told. I dont think i want to share with my teachers why either...some teachers have as big of mouths as teenagers ahahah

ill totally cross my fingers ahaha let me know if you get approved....i guess ill find out after i get home from school

i will be having my surgery hopefully by the end of December and i was wondering how people deal with having the lap-band around school.Also i'm not sure if i should tell no one about it or everyone. Or only the ones that count. The only reason why i don't want everyone to know is because i don't think they would understand.I have told my best friend and most family...what should i do?
