Anyone get denied?

And then file an appeal and then get approved? What did you include in your appeal?

I need this done, but got denied, because I have not been over BMI of 40 for 5 years, only 2 years.

    well i havent been approved or denied yet...i have been waiting 3 weeks. i guess they keep loosing my paper work which has been real frustrating! but i was wondering who's your health insurance company...do all health insurances have that policy or just some?
