I use the new wey bullets from GNC. I'm on the mushie stage so in order to get all my protein, i drink half of one in the morning and half in the evening. I usually do half water half bullet in a 3oz glass. It makes it not so syruppy and thick. It's 42 grams of protien and a lot easier than the shakes.
I too was banded on the 16th. Im pretty sure that I thought I had a better tolerance for pain than I really have. These gas pains and shoulder pains have been horrible. I'm trying to walk around as much as possibel..but UGH. Also, my throat has been pretty sore since surgery as well. I hope it gets better soon.
:scared2:Hey everyone!!!
My name is Michelle - im 28 yo from VA Beach. I will be banded on October 16. I'm sooooooooooooo nervous but excited at the same time. If anyone has any words of encouragment, I'm all ears. I've never had surgery before and I guess I'm just scared that something will go wrong.
I have CareFirst and they will not pre-certify it they say as long as I meet the requirements, they will approve it when the claim is submitted. DOes that sound right to anyone else?
Has anyone ever heard of an insurance company not having to pre certify their surgery? my insurance company is insistent that they just look at it when the bill comes in and as long as I meet the requirments. Im nervous about this but just wanted to see if anyone else had the same thing.
