I am 10 weeks out and feeling well! I started back on one cup of coffee a day and I am using a straw a few times a week ?‍♀️ I only weigh in once a month so not sure exactly how much I have lost but my clothes are falling off! Glad everyone is doing well!

I felt the same way and hung in there till day 14 !! I drank water water water water!

I felt the same way! I had a market side soup the day I started puréed and it felt like i was in heaven!

My surgeon does not require the 2 week preop diet! Can anyone tell me what the diet is supposed to be the day before the surgery?

I am having surgery in 2 weeks and I don't have a number in mind on the scale but like you I want to be alive and healthy! The biggest gift of all!! Thank you for sharing your journey with us!
