After a year I decided to cut my hair short for the first time. It is coming in thick and beautiful! Now I can let it grow!

I use the patches! My 6 month check up is coming up in May so I will be having all of my levels checked! I will keep all of you posted

I feel like I have been pushing to see how I can tolerate sweets as well! April 1st is a new month on Monday! Let’s reset and get back to the basics. We can do this and enjoy your Easter ?

I am 10 weeks out and feeling well! I started back on one cup of coffee a day and I am using a straw a few times a week ?♀️ I only weigh in once a month so not sure exactly how much I have lost but my clothes are falling off! Glad everyone is doing well!

One day post op and up walking /pain only when getting up and down! Good luck to everyone today!Good luck tomorrow! I am so nervousMy surgeon only requires the one day preop ! I am getting so nervous!Good luck ?My surgeon does not require the 2 week preop diet! Can anyone tell me what the diet is supposed to be the day before the surgery?I am having surgery in 2 weeks and I don't have a number in mind on the scale but like you I want to be alive and healthy! The biggest gift of all!! Thank you for sharing your journey with us!
