  1. I was also glued. My large incision did open up about half an inch but the Dr said it was fine and it would just heal from the inside out. I had the same thing happen with my c-section. I just put steri strips on it though.
  2. The same thing is happeing to me; I started to loose it after I had a baby though. I have tried almost everything but it still falls out.
  3. Alright, thanks for the info!
  4. What would it feel like to have your band slip? My Dr. never said anything about what feelings you might expierience when your band slips. Thanks
  5. My port was about an inch above the incision. It feels kind of like a rock under the skin.
  6. Thanks for the advice everyone! I really appreciate it.
  7. I am 3 weeks post op today and I have a large hard lump right above my port incision, its quite painful. Its under the skin and probably the size of a golf ball, maybe a bit bigger. I'm not sure if its swelling or what but it hurts! Anyone else expierience this?
  8. When I went in for surgery on August 28/08 and I weighed about 268, now Im down to 245. I am still on a liquid diet and will be for about 3 more weeks.
  9. Yeah the nurse gave me water with a straw in the hospital. Then the Dr. and the dietician told me no straws.
  10. I would assume right away? I took B/C the whole way through. Although I have an IUD...but that is still sending out hormones like the pill does.
  11. I was banded on Aug 29th and I also get a sharp pain where the large incision is. It almost feels like its separating.
