Never admitted until NOW
When I use to work late more times then I care to recall, I would go to Jack in the Box and order 4 cheesburgers and 2 large tacos, then drive to McDonald's for an extra large order of fries and a Diet Coke. I would eat it all on my way home (10 mile drive). But I think my lowest low was when I took a whole box of Little Debbie Swiss Rolls and ate them in the bathtub so no one would see me. I felt very very bad after I did that.

NSV with Levi's Jeans
Thank you all!!! I would have never even dreamed I would lose so much in such a short period of time. The Lapband is truly a miracle worker! No big secret to it... I use fitday.com to track my food intake, I stay between 1000 calories and 1200 calories a day, 60 grams or protein, 25 grams of fiber, no bread, no sugar, no fast food, drink 64 ounces of water a day, swim laps for 30 minutes at least 3 times per week, and I get inspiration and support from LBT! I could not have done this without all your support.

NSV with Levi's Jeans
I went to Kohl's again yesterday. This time to try on jeans. For the first time in my whole entire life, I bought two pair of Levi's Jeans. Even at my skinniest 100 pounds (1980) I couldn't squeeze my thighs into a pair of Levi's. I know that Levi's come in relaxed fit, boot cut, low ride, and so on now that they didn't have in 1980, but I still got excited about owning my first ever pair of Levi's. I almost forgot to mention... size 10! Pre-band I was wearing Lane Bryant Cords size 20. Toot! Toot! :clap2:

Does anyone have a scale addiction?
My old funky scale did that...I would step on it several times until I got the same weight twice. My current scale has been dead on no matter how many times a step on it. I love my current scales!

Does anyone have a scale addiction?
OH NO! :help: I haven't been measuring myself weekly! I haven't been measuring myself monthly! I only measured myself once on June 25th. I will never know where I started from!

Does anyone have a scale addiction?
Of Course!!! Naked with empty bladder first thing in the morning is the only true precise weight!!!!! And weighing at night before you go to bed lets you know how much you ate during the day...too much...too little....just right.

Maybe a little TMI (toot toot)
If I was told before banding that I would burp and fart a lot from banding, I would not be concerned at all. My daughters and I have always been comfortable and amused around bodily musical noises and my up tight husband has adjusted to our openness and on occasion has contributed himself...of course blaming it on the cats.

Food Poll
Now this is really weird.... I have been craving my nightly fiber one cereal with strawberries and skim milk! About 7:00 I am so ready for it. After I have it I am fine.

I stay away from the Flour Tortillas. Corn Tortillas in enchiladas or casserole no problems.

Morning Tightness... How to cope...
I had problems of tightness in the morning and not being able to get my morning meds down. Someone recommended hot tea...Works great! I make me a large cup of hot green tea when I first get up in the morning. I sip on it, take my meds with it, finish it off, then drink my Low Carb Slim Fast. Thirty minutes later I eat my oatmeal.

What is your goal weight based on?
So this explains why I never heard of a size zero when I was 100 pounds in a size 3 in 1980! Now a Size Double Zero and Zero must be the old 3's and 5's?

Maybe a little TMI (toot toot)
I most definately intake more fiber now then pre-banding. I am sure the fiber has a lot to do with the gas.
