  3. My favorite protein shake so far is SF fruit punch (Minute Maid), ice, and unflavored protein powder. It's not thick like the pre-made ones and more refreshing.
  4. Does anyone use a stepper? Looking to strengthen butt and legs for better ambulation. Surgery date was 11/8/22.
