  1. I take 8 medications a day and have no problem.....I dont know about your happy pills i take lorazapam and have no problem at all I am 8 weeks post-op and crushed my large meds for the first week and then just started taking them a few at a time and have had no problems....
  2. mine and my wifes ports are close to or under the largest scare in the center of our abdomen......We go to gym almost daily and have not had any port problems, we are 6 and 7 weeks post-op.
  3. post op time with no restrctions will let you get hungry. Post op is really not weight lost time, but a time for healing. Until the band gets restrictions you will be feeling hungry. Are you stomach hungry or head hungry?
  4. The protein is real important..... If the body doesnt get any it will start using muscle for the protein....
  5. My post op instructions were to put heat on the Port site. Not only did it decrease discomfort, the bruising was gone. I am a week behind my husband and my bruising is much better than his. Opps, sent on my husbands account!
  6. You will have intestional gas too, thats what the GAS-X is recommended for.
  7. I have used goo gone to remove the glue.... I have had alot of experience removing the glue!!!!!
