    Are you “eating” or on liquids like shakes? 1 and 1/2 Protein shakes, 25- 30 oz water and broth fill me up I am 21 days post- op sleeve surgery. How much fluid are you getting?

    Congratulations everyone! I’m currently 3 days into my pre-op diet and my surgery date is scheduled for January 10th in Kentucky…I’m very excited! ready to get healthier!!!
