And my surgery was 12/17/21?

Finally!!! Dropped all the water weight and down 4.5lb from surgery weight. ? everything is going great, I feel much better almost like I'm doing a cleanse. My joins don't hurt, brain fog feels lifted,I have the WANT so go do things, this amazing!

It will be over before u know it!

12/17/21 was my surgery and I know it's only been 2 days but I'm up 7LB from my surgery date ? is this normal..?

My surgery is December 17th in Mexico at OCC( obesity control center ). I have been reading a lot on here and I'm noticing a lot of variances as to when people start their liquid diets. I was instructed liquid diet for 2 days prior to surgery but some of you are on the liquid for up to a month..... SHeesh!! Anyone know why?

I am scheduled for Dec. 17th in Mexico at OCC. I had gastric plication there 9 years ago and I'm getting a revision to a gastric sleeve.

Dr. Ortiz at the Obesity Control Center (OCC) is a wonderful place. Going back for my second surgery there.

I see some good protein ideas, anyone have any vitamin suggestions. What brands work the best?
