  1. P.S. Hey! I have that same cami/panty set, same colors and all. I'm not as cute in mine, lol, but still, great minds think alike!
  2. Oh my gosh Telly! You look fantastic!!!!!!!Kudos to you for all your hard work! Keep healing and take it easy. We're all thinking about you! Sam
  3. Great NSV!!!!! I'm opposite also. I'm in 12's in regular size pants, but in tops, I'm a 16-18, or sometimes 14-16. I'm kinda big busted, but just carry weight funny. :girl_hug: Keep up the great work!
  4. Congrats Raven, and to all of y'all. I'm still struggling at 49.5.. But need a 3rd fill badly. Good luck to all of y'all.
  5. Ewwwwwww. Okay, got to lay off the fat, obviously. Thanks for the visual JQ!

  7. Yeah Teresita!!!!! I'm like you Pinkylee, no movement. c 185.5; (o) (49.5)
  8. Hey all! Happy Hump Day!!! current 185.5, total loss:49.5, last week 5.5 (went low carb, it's helping!)
  9. Way to go Brandy! I bet that felt fabulous!
  10. good luck to you both!!!!!! sam
  11. Hey Shauna, well I think that there are a lot of folks that didnt feel any restriction until they were filled. I believe the time until the fill should be more of learning time, than weight loss. Healing is the most important thing right now. I did have restriction, but it was more about eating really small bites, and very slow. I've found, and still struggle with all the time, that while I can eat sometimes more than I want, I shouldnt. You should be trying to eat following the guidelines that your Doc gave you. I think that you could do damage if you continue to pig out. (But then, my definition of pig out, may be way different than yours, lol). Good luck on your journey. sam
  12. C-191 (total lost -44, last week 1.5) Yeah finally saw a downward movement! Hope everyone is having a great week. I'm not really computer literate, but if anyone needs help with keeping tabs on stats, I will assist.
  13. Hey Kellie. Sometimes those the closest to us can't give us what we need. It's sad that that happens. It has happened to me before and probably to most of us. That's what is wonderful about LBT. If you ever need support, have questions, fears, anxiety. Whatever. You can always come here, and someone, usually will have experienced the same thing. It's kind of like an extended online family. I don't post that often, but I read alot and get alot of help from everyone here. You will make it! I hope the preparation for your surgery is going well. Good luck and hang in there! Sam
  14. Hey Teresita, Sounds like you've got a good plan going! I'm just now starting to get temps a little under 100 degrees, so I don't quite need a hibernation plan. lol. In about 4 months I'll need to think up something. Good luck on your plan! sam
  15. Saturday 09/09/06: walk 2.2 miles, 4 mph hilly neighborhood Sunday 09/10/06: rested Monday 09/11/06 plan on 3 mile jog, 100 crunches. Hope everyone had a great weekend!
  16. Hey all! Happy Friday! Only completed 3 mile walk yesterday, I have a horrible blister that is inflamed on one of my toes, that finally stopped me. I tend to try and push through and then make it worse. and my crunches. Tonight football drills with my kids for about an hour. Fun, Fun!
  17. Thanks Telly!!!!! My jogs are on the track, or around my house, up and down hills. uggghhh. Recently though when my son, who is playing pop warner and practices from 6-8pm (still been 100 degrees here), then that's when I go, otherwise I'm just sitting on my butt in my chair, armchair quarterbacking his performance. (he's pretty patient with me, but he'd rather I do laps too!) Thanks again for the feedback/support. You're the best! sam
  18. We all know that obesity is a national problem, and it's starting younger and younger. But just as adults trying to start up a program, you have to start small so that you dont burn out. If they told everyone before you entered the aerobics class that you had to perform exactly as the instructor did and couldnt leave mid class, then how many people would go in? I think that everyone should have the option to walk, or jog walk. I think that pe coaches should be motivators, not humiliators. I was very athletic in all the sports, so I never experienced this as a child, but gosh I would think it would stay with you a long time. Shame on those teachers/coaches. :couch2:
  19. Thank you Leila! I've been having a plateau last month or so, after ending the spring challeng and jqpublics july challenge. I guess I really do much better reporting progress to others. Odd, I guess but that's how I am. I've been doing lots of exercise, but have a lot of issues getting water in, and still working on eating without pb'ing.. (Really working on this) Glad for the support!!!!!!
  20. Hey all! I need the enouragement/support as well. So I'd like to sign on! h-235 s-232 c-194 g-130 j-194 Surgery 03/31/06 Happy to be here!
  21. yeah, that would really suck! I feel for you. That would be how I feel, 40 lbs lighter, and trying to avoid the big D. Hang in there and keep working, sometimes that's all we can do. good luck!
  22. Okay, I'm going to try posting here. You guys are all inspiring me! I jogged 3 miles yesterday. plan on walking 4 miles today crunches 75, ( i have to start somewhere!) Thanks Telly for the motivation you provide!
  23. This was too funny. I want to start stalking you Great Dame, but since everyone else here already is I'll have to find someone else to stalk. Thanks again for brightening up my work day!
  24. Wow Telly! You look awesome! I've always had thin hair, but never had the guts to go this route. Maybe I'll get my nerve up!
  25. Hey all! What a fantastic job y'all have done!!!!!!! I was feeling pretty good about my 42 pounds, but wow! y'all are awsome. I had a lot of pb'ing on my 2nd fill, I'm still learning about smaller bites, (the hard way). I think I also have that first bite syndrome as well. I'm conquering it, and once I do, I think I'll be ready for a 3rd fill. I've been doing lots of exercising, weights, and walking and jogging. I do about 4-5 miles a day, 5-6 days. Hopefully that will keep my weight loss going. My kids have noticed, no comments from folks at work, I haven't seen my parents, they're out-of-state, but I keep in touch with my mom on the phone and she knows about my progress, can't wait for her to see me. No one else, nothing, zilch. Oh well, I'll just keep plugging. NSV, out of 22-24 and into 14's, and none of my bra's fit. Everyone keep of the good work! Y'all are such an inspiration!
